What If There Is a Quality Issue?

While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If you receive an item with a quality defect, we will happily remake the product for you at no additional cost. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the defective item by contacting our customer service team at cs@faelclub.com .
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible. This helps us understand the issue and address it promptly.
  3. Remake Process: Once the defect is confirmed, we will begin the process of remaking your item. We aim to deliver the new piece to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for custom-made items.
